  • Why do I need my Signatures from my neighbors?

Your neighbors are not approving or disapproving your plans. They are only acknowledging they are aware of your plans.

  • Are there any specific state or county requirements for my plans?

The construction of inground pools, above ground pools, hot tubs, and many other types of construction on or to your property are regulated by respective county’s, various municipalities, and The State of North Carolina. When you submit your Architectural Change Request you are guaranteeing the homeowners’ association that you have met those requirements. If you fail to meet state and or county requirements the homeowners’ association reserves the right to revoke your approval, and you may be required to remove the items that have been constructed or installed.

If you have any questions regarding your county’s rules and regulations, please contact your county directly for more information.
